• Our prom dresses are custom-made. Occasionally, we have some dresses available in stock. You can look at the ready-to-ship prom dresses to see what's currently in stock.
• The estimated production time for our prom dresses is 3 to 4 weeks. We also offer a rush order service that takes 2 to 3 weeks for an additional fee.
• Our prom dresses can be tailored to your preferences. You can customize the size, design, color, and more. Please reach out to us if you want to modify a design from our collection or if you have your own design in mind.
• Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. You have 48 hours from the purchase date to cancel or modify your order. If you choose our partial payment option, cancellation or refunds are not allowed. The dress will not be shipped until full payment is received.
• Shipping and delivery are expected to take 4-6 days once production is finished, depending on your location.
• Once the dress is finished, a warehouse team member will video call you to confirm before we ship it to you.
