Return & Refund Policy

• We do not permit returns for custom or made-to-order items. Returns are only accepted for items that are in stock and ready for shipment. Additionally, returns must be initiated within two days of receiving the item from the mail carrier. Any items returned after this two-business-day period will not be accepted.
• Returns for ready-to-ship items are permitted solely if the originally ordered size is unsuitable. The return will result in an exchange for a different size of the same item, with no option for a refund.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.                                                        

REFUNDS

• We do not provide refunds due to previous instances where customers have worn and damaged items before seeking a return for a refund, resulting in losses for our company. Therefore, we do not accommodate refund requests; however, exchanges may be considered in certain circumstances.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
